I do not take on all contracts. If I feel that I can’t do what you are requesting I will turn you down. If the contract doesn’t pay enough I will turn it down. 10k l$ per hour is about average, although I have and will work for a lot less or free if I feel like it.
My Freebie work is usually along the lines of charity work or cases where my working for someone will improve some part of sl for a large group of people (for example lag hunting in a club I enjoy).
Even if I do turn a job down I will happily give advice on finding someone to complete the contract. Either introducing you to someone I know can do the job, or presenting the contract or yourself in a way that will assist you in your search. (First thing I check when I am asked to do something is the profile of the person that is asking, I have had bad experiences with jobs and need to trust potential employers.)

Alot of my coding jobs are very fast turn over. I can normally complete most requests in a couple hours at most. My previous scripts libary is pretty vast and alot of the time I have already done something similar to what is requested and can modify a previous item to suite your needs. (This also helps a lot with the building as I have my own versions of most standard features you may want with a house.)
My most recent major scripting project was the connected home in Cisco sim, a large house with various modules all controlled from a central server. It is a virtual demonstation model of Cisco Systems Connected Home in rl.
Custom Photography:
Well, when I say custom photography, photography is more of a hobby of mine. I like to try get some interesting shots and living with a rl photographer I pick up quite a lot from her. My main interest is with Photoshop. Making images in photoshop was my first creative media love. It’s what started me on all my other creative avenues. I learnt to code so I could build websites to display my photoshop skills, not just as galleries of work but also seeing what could be done with the themes.
After a while of making websites and doing various graphics jobs for people in rl I discovered sl. My graphics skills were an instant bonus here, what I had learnt in rl coding enabled me to very quickly get into lsl, and lastly I discovered a need for a place to keep my scripts.. so building followed very quickly after that. It had been a while since I had done any 3d design (Media course at college) but the skills from there and my natural affinaty (hehe from those IQ tests) to thinking in 3d helped me greatly there.
Anyways, thats me. Only thing I didn’t really talk about is tutoring. I do quite a bit of “helping people out”. Its another form of payment I forgot to mention earlier. The satisfaction of the “oh I see..” moment when you have just taught someone something new.
